With over 80 Artistes from around the UK and abroad, coming together annually to give you  quality workshops, shows and parties. We will also feature a live band on Saturday night

Registration

Registration desk opens at the following times: 

  • Friday 4pm – 2:30am
  • Saturday 10:30am – 6pm / 8:30pm – 2:30am
  • Sunday 10:30am -5pm / 8:30pm – 2:30am

Wristbands must be worn at all times. There will be a charge to replace lost or broken wristbands at the full price. 

Workshops

Over 80 hours of workshops to choose from.
Day workshops from 11am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
evening workshops kick off at 9pm every night.

Parties

Party until breakfast!

We have 4 rooms giving you music and dance until the early hours of the morning:

  • Mambo-Motion: Salsa, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha
  • Havana-City: Giving you the best in Cuban Music
  • Bachata-City: Bachata and Sensual
  • Kizomba-City: Kizomba, Semba and Afro-Beats

Live Band

Saturday night features live music from one of the UK’s leading bands.

Shows

The weekend feature over 20 showcases from dancers from across the UK.
Showtimes:
Friday – 11:30pm
Saturday matinee – 5:30pm / evening – 10:15pm
Sunday – 10:15pm

MotionCity provides a platform for UK artistes to showcase their talent.
In 2019 we hosted over 30 shows in which 28 were UK based Artistes.
